 Want to see what a great kitchen looks like? Visit the Street of Dreams Home
Show in Atlanta. Aside from the views, the kitchens and outdoor kitchens were my favorite part of the tour. Can not
believe I forgot my camera. Go see it for yourself and take the camera. I took my wife on Friday and it was a great way to spend a day. Every home has
ideas that you can use in your next home upgrade project or ideas for your next home. If you have an extra $3.5M you can be seeing the view from the

This will be the 15th Street of Dreams held in the Atlanta area, and the second event held in Gainesville on the
shores of Lake Lanier. Five builders will be constructing unique show homes within Marina Bay, fronting a large community park and overlooking the
lake. Each home will be completely furnished and accessorized by top local interior designers, and priced up to $3.5 Million, 7
,000 to 12,000 square feet . In 2001 a Street of Dreams event was held at Harbor Point,
just across the lake from Marina Bay. That event attracted over 40,000 visitors and was
considered one of the most beautiful shows ever held in Atlanta. Based upon that success
and the quality of Marina Bay and the show homes, we anticipate that this 2006 Street of Dreams will be even more popular.

DIRECTIONS: From I-985:
Take Exit #20(Highway 60) West
Travel a total of 7.8 miles - Highway 60 will merge with Highway 53(Dawsonville Highway)
.Turn right on Sardis Road between the Citgo & BP gas stations.
Go ½-mile and veer left at the Y-intersection.
Travel 3.4 miles on Chestatee Road to the stop sign.
Take a right onto Cool Springs Road.
After ¾-mile the entrance to Marina Bay will be on your left . Look for the Light House.
From GA-400:
Take Exit #17(Highway 306).
Travel 8 miles to where road veers to the Left
Turn Right onto Hwy 53 (Dawsonville Hwy)
Travel 4.7 miles on Highway 53 to Sardis Road.
Turn left onto Sardis between the BP and Citgo gas stations
Go ½-mile and veer left at the Y-intersection.
Travel 3.4 miles on Chestatee Road to the stop sign.
Take a right onto Cool Springs Road.
After ¾-mile the entrance to Marina Bay will be on your left
